In your study of anthroposophy, no doubt you will have come to realize many things. It may be that this knowledge is something you’ve had for a long time, and now anthroposophy just puts a name to it. Or anthroposophy, for you, was a big new thing.
Either way, there is a long journey ahead, and it doesn’t matter how far along in that journey you are. There is almost always a big, long stretch of road untravelled in front of you.
If you’ve been lucky enough to meet an initiate, oftentimes, especially if they are associated with the anthroposophical movement, they will be so self-deprecating that, if you didn’t know any better, you wouldn’t actually know just how developed they are. Sometimes it’s only been after the fact that you end up realizing, “Oh, this guy knows what’s going on.”
Interacting with Anthroposophists
In general, talking and interacting with anthroposophists is an interesting thing. There are some of them who are good and will help you, and there are some who are good, will help you, and will probably have interesting conversations with you. There are other ones who maybe are not so good.
There are people who are dogmatic to the point of fanaticism, even though that goes against anthroposophy itself. There are people who do not like weirdly specific things for basically no reason. But, on the whole, you can safely ignore those people.
Though they do have a point, sometimes. Ignoring them completely and entirely is not the way to go.
