The 2026 Report

The year of 2025 has been the first proper year of operation for Astronomica. In this time, we've already established ourselves in our niche, and are looking to expand further. Our first book, Spiritual Science Zero, was published (by us) in June, and since then we've been developing and growing both our offerings to both people who want to learn more about Rudolf Steiner's Spiritual Science (commonly referred to as "Anthroposophy"), and organisations that want their branding to look better, or for their presence to grow, or both.

The way we approach presenting Anthroposophy to the world, to put it bluntly, has never been done before. We use modern knowledge of the digital world and the perspectives in it, alongside Anthroposophical insights into art and freedom.

💡
Astronomica Ltd is a new Anthroposophical publishing and media company, specializing in outreach, strategy, and Anthroposophical design. We offer books and consumer products for the public, as well as design and marketing services for businesses, charities, and community groups (of all sizes).

We're also independent, there are no corporate overlords telling us what to do, and, unfortunately for our bank accounts, we aren't bankrolled by some big organisation to be a mouthpiece for anything.

In this report, we'll go over exactly what we've done this year, the values that fuelled our decisions, and what we're going to do in the future.

Values

We are a values-powered operation. If you take out the center, then everything else crumbles. As our website states;

We are a new organisation, trying to create a new, uncompromising, free world by helping out people to freely discover the spiritual and organisations to keep existing.

Freedom

In this kind of work, it's very easy to make things manipulative, sway the truth, just because it's ever-so-slightly easier. But of course, in a time where anything and everything is an ad, it's easier than you would think to make someone take an unfree action. But not us! There are ways that these things can be avoided, even in the outreach for anthroposophy. The way is simple; present what anthroposophy is, what it can do, and, if the reader would like, where to go next. Sometimes, where the chance is there, including parts that poke and prod people to challenge what they already believe and haven't thought about in an unbiased way, if it benefits us or not. And that's it.

People should be doing what they believe they want to do, and that belief should come out of freedom and reason. That's the point of what we're trying to do, and to a certain degree that's the point of Anthroposophy, too.

It's not difficult to include these things, but omni-present in the work of Astronomica is this extremely important core value.

Uncompromising

We have seen time and time again that actually, the failure comes when, in efforts to "modernize", organisations remove Anthroposophy (which is incredibly modern, actually) from what they're doing, and lose everything. The issue almost never comes from being too "weird", or old, or whatever, it comes from (in our opinion), trying to suck up to the general public in ways they don't even want. And without anthroposophy, there is no difference between a formerly anthroposophical thing and every other thing of its kind. In its attempt to "make a statement" it literally turns itself into nothing.

Even if we were to look at it in entirely materialistic way; Anthroposophy is unique, progressive, modern, and is an interesting thing that most people haven't even heard of.

So we're not going to fall into the trap of watering everything down.

Speed

If we want to be relevant at all, we need to move quicker than a few articles a month, a book a year, another boring announcement every few months; we need to do this stuff quickly! We need to release lots of books, and get them out! We need to collaborate with as many people and organisations as we can!

If we conform to the industry standard, and if we try to be like every other anthroposophical organisation, then we will be that. And there is a place for that, but not here.

What We Did in 2025

The year started with an idea, which led to a few emails, which led to a slightly unmanagable amount of emails, which led to Astronomica's first ever project; and a big one at that.

Camelot House Publishing

There is a very pronounced lack of Anthroposophical books, in english, on certain topics. The need for a publishing "machine" that can turn a few casual articles into a book was definitely there. We also needed a way to turn our ideas for books into.. actual, physical books. And spending loads of money wasn't an option.

Fortunately, in the modern age, things are much easier than they used to be. So we just did it. All in time for our first release.

Our mission is to revive and reframe spiritual science for the modern world, with clarity, velocity, and force. Our latest release is Spiritual Science Zero: The Big New Thing, and

Spiritual Science Zero

Every single book that attempts to introduce people to Anthroposophy always makes one mistake; it always assumes that the reader already-kinda-half-knows what Anthroposophy is. Asking anyone you know if they know what Anthroposophy is will confirm that making books for this basically non-existant group of people isn't the best way of going about it.

So we decided to fill the gap; make a book that explains Anthroposophy in a general sense, providing further reading and next steps, all while allowing for the freedom of the reader.

We used a feedback-first method, focusing on specific points of feedback to create the ideal book that is both;

  1. Interesting and engaging (People actually want to read it)
  2. Educational and Informative (People actually learn from reading it)

There were three authors, J. E. J Pickin, Jimmy, and Q. G. Wingfield, all contributing on "their area", and after a few months, the book was finished.

There were lots of important decisions to be made around the creation of the book. Wording, design, pricing, the physical product, every inch of the book was been considered, thought about, remade, and remade again.

We ran a successful launch event, sold many copies, and gave away a lot (a lot) of copies at local events.

Spiritual Science Zero: The Big New Thing! (Not really)
Somewhere between ‘you’re just chemicals’ and ‘you’re already divine’ is humanity, and many books skip it. Spiritual Science Zero is a new attempt to walk that middle line; Not watered-down mindfulness, Not cosmic soup.

If you live literally anywhere else, go to wherever you usually buy books, or Amazon, and search Spiritual Science Zero.

Sites

Values can only go so far. We need a cohesive identity, one that's sharp, interesting, not-seen-before ways of Anthroposophical design applied to things like web design and publication design.

For this, we came up with our flagship website, astronomica.uk, which will be used to platform and showcase our latest projects and products, as they come up. It also will serve as a "hub" for things like Camelot House Publishing, and Quicksilver by Astronomica, our design services wing.

Home - ASTRONOMICA!
Have you ever been reading through articles, and find something genuinely cool? Maybe a building, a group with values that work with yours, a values-powered…

Design services have previously been available on a case-by-case basis, but next year we will make our groundbreaking and genuinely innovative design services website and platform available to the public.

The Epoch

The Epoch is a new news site, used as a hub for new announcements, and news from the Anthroposophical movement around the UK, and, in extension, the world. We also will platform voices, ideas, opinions and people that we feel align with what we're trying to do.

Much more could be said about the Epoch, it's the site you're on now, but if you're interested, make sure to put your email down for the newsletter to be kept up to date with all the latest news.

The Epoch
The Epoch is an uncomprimising, lightspeed publication on Rudolf Steiner’s Spiritual Science that asks big questions, and never posts anything that isn’t important.

What We Will Do in 2026

2026 will be an explosive year. The Epoch will continue posting, but things will remain quiet... until april.

The Brief

There hasn't been a book seemingly ever explaining to those either who are paid to or to those who are simply interested and dedicated how to do outreach, or "marketing" for the anthroposophical movement, anthroposophically. People either think it's too difficult (or impossible) and give up, or just forget the anthroposophy and do mainstream marketing instead, but there is a way. If we consider "marketing" as just design, writing, and speaking, it suddenly becomes much easier to visualise just how this could be done in a deeply anthroposophical, spiritual, ethical way.

So, the Brief, a book which fills that niche, will be available in mid 2026.

The Big One...

We're currently sitting on what will eventually be one of the most important books in the recent history of the Anthroposophical movement. We won't reveal anything yet, but in April of 2026, we're going to release one massive announcement after another about this thing.

Think... Spiritual Science Zero without the Zero, the full package. Below is a very low-quality and censored image of what the final book will look like, if you

The cover of the book, with all text censored

And after our announcements about the book, you'll have a chance to get a copy, or two, or a nice embossed hardcover version, and one of these eurythmy figure pin badges;

Does anyone even read these captions? Hmm...

The Network

A big aspect of what we do is creating a platform for new anthroposophical stuff to be shown to all on. And a part of this is creating an online network, places that we can put this "stuff" where it will be meaningfully seen by people. We've already been doing this, slowly increasing our DR and DA (domain rating and domain authority) across multiple sites.

And, you got us, this site is a part of that network. Though the Epoch is our main blog, we're looking at ways to expand out network and use the compound of it all to really give things a boost.

Overview

Basically, we're doing our best.
